As an Internationally certified trainer, Darshita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the realm of modern manners and social graces. With a passion for cultivating confident, polished individuals, Darshita has dedicated more than ten years to helping airline professionals navigate the complexities of customer interactions with poise and grace.
Throughout her career, Darshita has coached individuals from all walks of life, from high-powered executives to young professionals entering the workforce. Through her career, she realised the profound impact that polished manners and respectful behaviour can have on professional opportunities and personal relationships.
Besides a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Darshita is a seasoned trainer for the biggest airline brands, such as British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, and Etihad Airways, at Los Angeles, Seattle, Hawaii, San Francisco, and Mumbai Airports.
As an Indian-American, born and raised in Mumbai and having lived in Southern California, U.S.A., Darshita has brought a unique global perspective to her work in recent years. Since a very young age, she has accumulated extensive professional experience across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.
